THE PROCESS
(1) CONTACT WITH CLIENT: Qualify the client, and allow them to qualify us. Solidify/clarify goals, initial budget discussion. |
(2) SITE MEETING/FIRST VISIT: Client education; measure shade; SUR seeks to understand what the client wants and why. Building cursory survey includes roof size and structure, electrical interconnection options, review of financial factors. |
(3) PROPOSAL: SUR provides detailed proposal including system description, cost, likely return, and usually a basic rendering. (4) CONTRACT: Client signs contract and submits down payment. |
(5) ENGINEERING: SUR procures materials, handles utility and municipal permits, completes installation and satisfactory commissioning. |
(6) COMPLETION: Project is completed and final payments are made. Client enjoys their system and looks forward to a bright and predictable clean energy future! |
